Accommodation:- Our accommodation stretches across three ratings 3*,4* and 5*. It has been extensively vetted to ensure that it is suitable for stag and hen parties looking to stay in Manchester city centre. All our rooms have en-suite facilities and will be twins unless specified. Single person supplements will apply to odd number groups.
When choosing your accommodation the only decision you need to make is what rating you would like to stay in and we will pick the best available option out of our hotels for your group. This is done on the build your own page by using the simple drop down menu on your weekend's booking form.
With our packages page the accommodation will already have been chosen so if it is the rating you want you don't need to do anything. If you want the package with a different accommodation rating either build your own weekend using the combination of activities and choose another rating or enquire about the package stating you would like a quote for a different accommodation rating.
N.B You will not be informed of your hotel until after we receive final full payment for the entire group.
Activities:- Our activities are listed for you to look at before being available for picking on the build your own section of the website. Once you have decided what activities you want to enquire about simply select them by clicking on the right hand side of their box where it says "add to list" and this will move them into your enquiry box situated to the right of the page. If you make an error simply click again on the right hand side of the box where it will now say "remove" and they will jump back out of your enquiry box.
Please note as each activity will have a number of options available to it please indicate using the notes section of your enquiry box as to which activity option you would like, eg 300,500 or 700 paintballs. If you do not we will submit a proposal outlining the prices for each option and you can choose from there.
Once your enquiry is submitted we will submit a proposal to you that will list the best times to undertake your activities based on the duration of your stay and length of likely hangovers.
N.B If you wish to do more than one activity we will advise accordingly on receipt of your enquiry.
Packages:-After the build your own section of our website you will see a page called packages. This page lists the most popular combinations of accommodation and activities. We include it for you to book from should you wish but mainly as an idea of what goes together well should you be uncertain.
As with the activities simply add a package by clicking on the right hand side of the box where it says "add to list" and this will move it into your enquiry box situated to the right of the page. If you make an error simply click again on the right hand side of the box where it will now say "remove" and it will jump back out of your enquiry box.
Build Your Own:- This section of the website is where you can build your own stag or hen event. All the activities are listed in categories and you add or remove activities to your enquiry box accordingly. Then answer a few simple questions, choose your accommodation rating you wish to stay in and hit send at the bottom of your enquiry box. Your enquiry is then sent to us so we can provide you with a proposal.
Making Your Enquiry:-On both the packages page and build your own page on the right hand side of your screen is a box entitled your weekend. By filling all of the information in and clicking send at the bottom you are making an enquiry which will be automatically sent to us at Stag and Hen Manchester. Should you want to enquire over the phone please feel free to do so and we will talk you through your stag/hen party or if you want to even meet up to discuss your stag or hen party in Manchester please also let us know and we can arrange to meet up.
What Happens Next:-On receipt of your enquiry Stag and Hen Manchester will put together a proposal for you outlining all that you need to know about your stag or hen party including times of activities and overall cost and will send it through to you via email. You can then decide whether to proceed or ask anything further. If you agree to the proposal we will then send you an invoice and confirmation and all you will then need is to pay your non refundable deposit. Nearer the time we will be back in touch regarding final payment and anything further you need to know.
Making Payment:- We can accept payment by direct bank transfer or via cheque. Once you are happy with our proposal for your event and have informed us you wish to accept it and how you wish to pay we will send you a deposit invoice for your event. If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer we will inform you of our bank details such that you can make the transfer (no charges apply here). Or if you wish to pay via cheque we will send you the address of where to send payment. We also accept payments via credit and debit cards. Customary security checks will be made for any payment being proposed by debit or credit card. Payments by credit card will carry an additional charge of 2.5% of the amount being paid. Payments by debit card will incur no additional charge
You will then receive a reminder email followed by the remaining invoice nearer to the due date for final payment which must be received no later than five weeks prior to your event date.
