The majority of Stag and Hen Manchester's 3* city centre hotels are situated close to Piccadilly Gardens which means easy access to all shopping areas and the Printworks for your night out and any transport facilities you might need during your stay. Other than their central location they have been specially chosen for their friendly welcome to Stag and Hen parties with warm and efficient customer service and their budget affordability. Our Trafford Centre adjacent hotel that we use is also a 3* hotel and boasts a similar warm friendly welcome with excellent customer service at an affordable cost.

All rooms have en-suite facilities with shower and bath, a television with freeview channels and immediate access to reception where the staff will do all they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible and room service that operates until late (not 24hours). Each hotel has a restaurant that they will serve breakfast from in the morning and a bar that is open 24 hours for residents so that you need not stop when the clubs do.

The majority have leisure club facilities available to use should you want to work off the inevitable hangover or just relax before another day's activities and drinking. Please enquire on booking if you will need a 3* hotel with leisure facilities.

Stag and Hen Manchester have selected iconic hotels to the south of the city centre close to Deansgate Locks and hotels to the north of the city centre close to Deansgate, the Arndale and Triangle shopping centres and the Printworks. This means we can maintain maximum flexibility and can make sure you are placed in the 4* hotel that best fits your group requirements.

These hotels come with top notch customer service and facilities and boast 24 hour room service and concierge as standard. That means for a little more money you can get a lot more luxury and attention and if you miss the takeaway on the way back stunning food is available at the ring of a number!

Rooms in these hotels are again en-suite with shower and bath, have a television with freeview channels as a minimum, 24 hour room service and luxurious comfortable beds you won't want to get out of in the morning,
The restaurants within these hotels will serve breakfast and dinner, should you want to start you night with a meal in house and a 24 hour bar for residents so you don't have to stop when the clubs do.

4* Apartment Hotel Accommodation

Unlike more conventional members of the 4* hotel class these hotels offer you not just a bedroom but an apartment. That is bedroom/s, bathroom/s and a lounge diner area. A lot of the time in Manchester they also tend to be in converted listed buildings allowing just the right mix of modern style set into the backdrop of original building features which can provide a perfect backdrop for your Manchester Stag Night or Manchester Stag Weekend.

Ideal for larger Stag parties, the larger amount of space per apartment allows the group a greater degree of socializing than in hotel bedrooms. All apartments will come with the usual mod cons including flatscreen TV and with either breakfast served in an onsite restaurant or continental breakfasts delivered to your room. Be aware though that other than this these apartment hotels are deemed self catering and so unless you head out to eat you will be cooking your own dinner!!!

Dates to Be Aware of When Planning your Manchester Stag Party

As much as we at Stag and Hen Manchester would like cheap city centre Manchester 3,4 and 5* accommodation for every weekend in the year  to offer to you stags there are certain weekends in the year where Stag and Hen Manchester is unable to provide this due to a number of large scale events that happen in our city. This page exists as source of information to you to illustrate the weekends where for reasons of price and availability we will offer accommodation slightly outside of the city centre to help keep that perfect party plan alive.

Manchester United Fixtures

With space for 75,957 mad keen Manchester United football fans, Old Trafford is packed to the rafters on certain weekends between August and May when Manchester United have a home Premier League fixture and this invasion of fans leads to the nearby hotels in Salford Quays and Manchester City Centre increasing their prices to cope with this influx of demand. This means our normal special rates are removed for these weekends and we are forced to pay the market rates for any rooms that remain available in advance. You may think that people won't pay the increased prices but the football fans do and therefore rooms fly off the shelves.

So in response to this we have sourced some rates and rooms at stag friendly hotels nearby to the city centre within easy access by train, tram or taxi and will use them for those stags looking to arrange their Manchester Stag Party on one of the weekends where Manchester United are playing at home. We also will make you aware in your proposals and on booking that the hotels are outside of the city centre so there are no nasty surprises!

Stone Roses Comeback Gigs

Announced in October 2011 The Stone Roses will be playing two massive concerts at Manchester's Heaton park for the 29th and 30th June  and 1st July 2012 . This will mean a massive influx of Stone Roses fans and hotels and apartments in the centre putting their prices up to cope with the increased demand so if you were planning to come on this date youwill need to get cracking with booking otherwise we suggest you might want to aim for an alternative date!! If you are able that is!

Coldplay

Following the massive success of Coldplay's latest album Mylo Xyloto Coldplay fans seized the opportunity to watch the band at the MEN news arena selling it out and unfortunately for you Manchester bound stags and hens this has meant new gigs have been announced this time at the City of Manchester Stadium on the 9th and 10th June and city centre accommodation prices have increased as a result of the new demand. Don't worry though we have loads of accommodation available at special rates but act fast before that goes! Otherwise your best option is a little out of the centre or an alternative weekend for your Manchester Stag party.

Bruce Springsteen

Unfortunately for all you Manchester bound stags this week has seen yet another new gig being announced this time at the City of Manchester Stadium on the 22nd June and city centre accommodation prices have increased as a result of the new demand. We have a small amount of accommodation available at special rates but act fast before that goes! Mardi Gras

Manchester Pride is Manchester's annual Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) festival, held over the August bank holiday weekend. This 10 day festival's highlight is 70 hours of non stop partying between the 25th August and Monday 27th August called the Big Weekend and with thousands of visitors to the festival arriving in Manchester it again means that our normal special rates are removed for this weekend and we are forced to pay the market rates for any rooms that remain available in advance. You may think that people won't pay the increased prices but the city centre rooms sell out almost a year in advance as attendees will book immediately following their visits for next year.

But again stags don't despair as in response to this we have sourced some rates and rooms at stag friendly hotels nearby to the city centre within easy access by train, tram or taxi and will use them for those stags looking to arrange their Manchester Stag Party on the August bank holiday weekend. Labour Party Conference 2012

Previously the venue for Conservative party conferences Manchester next year turns red as the opposition comes to town for their annual party conference. This means that Ed Milliband and his team, Labour MP's, Union Representatives and a huge amount of press and political commentators descend on Manchester for a week between the 30th September and the 7th October. Unfortunately with this surge in demand city centre hotels immediately increase their prices and already most have done that in preparation.

This means that for those stags out there looking to book on the weekend of the 30th September - 2nd October 2011 the best option for your group will be one of our Stag friendly hotels on the outskirts of the city a short distance from your activities and nights out. Our hotels are within easy reach of transport into the city centre or are within a £10 taxi ride away from where you need to be. Don't worry though we will liaise with you on booking to make sure you are fully aware of where you are going to be based.
