Four Facts You Probably Don’t Know About Stag And Hen Accommodation

by Jess Dagnall on 08/04/2014

From our previous post Accommodation Versus Apartments – A Difficult Decision Made Easier hopefully you’ve got an idea of which type of stag or hen accommodation in Manchester to go for. Here are some handy hints to help you narrow down your dates and avoid disappointment…

1. Our cities are picked for the very reason that they are lively, vibrant and bustling, which is why they’re so great forstag and hen dos, but it also means they’re ever popular with all sorts of groups, not just those looking for stag and henaccommodation in Manchester.  So, if we’re being realistic, we would say you should start thinking about your party around six months before. This way, you’ll get more choice, more availability and maybe even better prices!

2. Availability for accommodation is always the first to be lost, so don’t fret if you’ve decided where you want to stay but not how you want to party, as is generally possible to book your accommodation and think about your activities later on (not too much later mind, we’re not saying they’ll be available forever!).

3. When thinking about your dates, keep in mind large scale events that may be happening in your chosen city as these always have an impact on accommodation availability. Events can range from 1 Direction concerts to political party conferences and mean that rooms (especially hotel rooms) get booked up well in advance and are often more expensive. Sports fixtures, particularly Manchester United games, can also trip people up!

4. If you are flexible on dates then we will be more likely to be able to accommodate your group and confirm the best possible deal. For example, we have selected dates throughout summer that are on special offer at a 3* hotel and a 4* luxury apart-hotel. Just click here for more information.
